Visa request
All visitors to China need to apply for a visa for their visit. Keep in mind that it might take some time for your embassy to process your application so make sure you don't wait until the last minute. We advise you to start with your preparations no later than one month before the exhibitions.
To apply for a business visa at your local Chinese Embassy, you need:
> an official invitation letter*
> a complete portrayal of your trip including proof of flights in and out of the country, a detailed description of your travel route, and proof of your hotel booking(s)
> your passport
> a recent photograph
> a completed visa application form
Unfortunately, we cannot provide visitors with an invitation letter from the following countries:
-Afghanistan
-Iran
-Iraq
-Nigeria
-Pakistan
-Sri Lanka
We suggest visitors from the above countries to apply for a tourist visa. They can refer to their travel agencies for help.
More information regarding visa regulations can be found on the website of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
