P-MEC China 2009: a great success!
 

P-MEC, CPhI and ICSE China, jointly organized by UBM International Media and CCCMHPIE with the assistance of Shanghai Sinoexpo, has been successfully held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre from June 23rd to 25th, 2009.

General facts

82,100sqm exhibitions space. (together with CPhI & ICSE)

368 exhibitors in P-MEC, from 20 countries. 23,646 visitors, including 7,126 overseas visitors from 102 different countries.

91% of visitors rated P-MEC China good or excellent. 89% of visitors will attend P-MEC China 2010.

Exhibitors

Although the global economy is still under pressure, it did not stop the pharmaceutical machinery enterprises  from participating  at P-MEC China 2009.  With 368 exhibiting companies, an increase of 45% compared to last year P-MEC China 2009 was a great success. 

Visitors

The 3 days exhibition welcomed  23,646 visits. Over 89% visitors will attend again and 9% of them will book a stand for 2010.

Conferences and seminars

54 high level conferences and seminars not only enriched the event but also provided exhibitors and visitors with opportunities to communicate and exchange the latest pharmaceutical information.

Additionally, the organisers provided free Showcases for exhibitors, which are another channel to present their products to visitors during the exhibition.

Global VIP Trade Delegation had provided the opportunity for visitors to site visit some of the major companies located in mainland China.
